Do not claim my art as your own work

Do not value my art as an add-on cost to your character for more than you paid

You may not use my art to promote hate speech

My art is for personal use only unless the commercial fee has been paid

Adopts

Payment plans can be arranged for adopts $50 and up

You may not use my designs to embody or promote any form of hate speech

Payment must me completed in full before the adopt is transferred

You may change the design however you like

You may resell the design

Only sell the design for more than you paid if it has new art

Do not claim my work as your own

Do not use the design for a commercial project unless you have paid the commercial fee

Commercial licenses are non-transferable*

*I will give full or partial refunds on a case by case basis, but only if I am unable to complete the commission. I will not give refunds simply because a client changed their mind. Please be sure you want the commission before placing an order.

*if you pruchase the character from someone else you must pay the licensing fee yourself if you intend to use the character for commercial purposes, even if the previous owner had a license.
This also means that you cannot sell a commercial license. The commercial add-on fee should not be present in the value of the character when they are resold.
